Mission of "Action for Inclusive Education Development - Rwanda a.s.b.l. (AIEDR)"

The main mission of AIEDR is to Support Children and young people with Disabilities and/or other Special Educational Needs, by developing and providing services that may lead to sustained inclusion in education and development within the mainstream society.

Aims and objectives

• Promote and support education of the youths and children with disabilities and those with other special educational needs.
• Facilitate inclusion of the children with disabilities and those with other special needs, by supporting their special educational and materials needs
• To help the youth with disabilities to rise against poverty through education, training, rehabilitation or habilitation, and using appropriate assistive devices
• Initiate and support activities that promote non-exclusionary culture in schools and communities, with particular attention to the appropriate education and development of young members with disabilities and all those with others special educational needs

Schooling Sponsorship, Assessment, Rehabilitation and Education of children with disabilities and other Special Educational Needs.
